We came across a coin collection in a small inventory buyout and this is the first item we are listing.   The coin book contains 83 silver dollars of various dates and types, and different mint marks,  and they are in general good to very good condition with a few exceptions.
It's a mixed lot of Morgan, Peace and Eisenhower dollars.

Quite a good find.  Mixed mint marks.  Most coins are in good to very good condition with a few issues (2 have holes in them from, evidently, someone wearing them on a chain long ago and one is worn and the date cannot be seen.

The coins are placed inside individual pockets in rows (see pics.) and fall out easily.
So, for shipping, we will put a piece of easily removable scotch tape across the top of each row to keep the coins from slipping out.
The collection we came across is not huge, but a substantial one from someone who was evidently quite a good collector and loved the coins.  Most of the others are in well conditioned books and there was also loose paper currency.  We will be putting each piece as we review it against the values and condition in The Black Book of American Coins.
